Delete your Event Passport account

This page is the public account-deletion form for SOATERA Event Passport. You can submit a request here if you no longer have the app installed.

A request is not immediate deletion. After a verified individual request, a SOATERA operator may fulfill once pending-scan and prize-claim safeguards are satisfied. The server, not this page, decides eligibility.

If this form is used because the app is uninstalled or the device is inaccessible, queued scans that never reached the server cannot be proven empty and may no longer be recoverable. That limitation stays on the request until an operator acknowledges it.

Some event, audit, giveaway, and legal records may require longer retention. Talent participant records belong to the event organizer and are not deleted because an email address matches.

After fulfillment, a SOATERA operator sends a completion email to the verified address. A request acknowledgement is not that completion notice.
